Assessment Content Manager

Canditech’s vision is to give every candidate a fair chance to showcase their true potential. We developed the first online job simulation platform, which allows companies to evaluate candidate’s skills for any position, by creating tailor-made job simulation tests, which are the best predictor for future job performance.

We are seeking a highly motivated Assessment Content Manager with experience in candidate evaluation methodologies and high level project management and interpersonal skills, to be the head of our Assessment Library. You will grow and maintain our assessment library that allows recruiters and hiring managers all over the world hire qualified  candidates faster, using job-simulation assessments that mimic the actual job.

What You'll Do

  • Guide top-notch pros from various fields (R&D, BI Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and everything in between) to create valid, reliable and bias-free assessments following Canditech’s proven methodologies. 

  • Gain an understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities and challenges for each role in our library, and use your creativity and storytelling skills to create real life work challenges that will be fun and engaging, and allow candidates to get a taste of their potential role. 

  • Collaborate with our VIP clients to understand their needs and create assessments that simulate the actual job in their organization.

What We'd Like You To Have

  • Exceptional content writing skills, with a deep-rooted understanding of what it takes to engage candidates from different fields. 

  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Experience in similar roles (education/employee learning & development/technical hiring) - an advantage.

  • Passion for the HR field and desire to make the world a better place for recruiters and candidates.

  • Professional Proficiency in English - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
