Head of Product
Canditech’s vision is to give every candidate a fair chance to showcase their true potential. We developed the first online job simulation platform, which allows companies to evaluate candidates for any position, by creating tailor-made job simulation tests, which are the best predictor for job performance.
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Product that will build and lead all aspects of a top notch self-serve SaaS platform, from idea to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first product hire within a fast-growing startup in the booming HR tech industry.
What You'll Do

Be the leader of our product, from research to execution, mastering both the customer needs and the product capabilities.

Direct product roadmap and be responsible to achieve business goals.

What We'd Like You To Have

Extensive experience in managing end-to-end SaaS products, from research to execution.
Thorough understanding of UX concepts and UX design. -
Highly analytical skills and attention to detail.
