Product Designer
Canditech’s vision is to give every candidate a fair chance to showcase their true potential. We developed the first online job simulation platform, which allows companies to evaluate candidates for any position, by creating tailor-made job simulation tests, which are the best predictor for job performance.
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Designer that will lead all design aspects of a top notch self-serve SaaS platform, from idea to execution. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first design hire within a fast-growing startup in the booming HR tech industry.
What You'll Do

Brainstorm and design new features and concepts and follow-through to production

Design creative and visual solutions for our product and brand such as emails, in-platform messages, banners, graphics, UI motions, that drive users to our platform and inspire them.

Manage the full design cycle: from functional design and interaction UX, to visual UI and development handoff
What We'd Like You To Have

Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design

An understanding of the product development process, from discovery and problem definition, through to detailed UI and visual design

Demonstrated experience in working within product design teams and within user-centered specializations including user research, content strategy and design systems.

Team player with a passion to work in a startup environment.
