Senior Frontend Developer

We developed the first online job simulation platform, which allows companies to evaluate candidates for any position, by creating tailor-made job simulation tests, which are the best predictor for job performance.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Frontend Developer who’s passionate about making the world a better place for candidates and recruiters. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role within a fast-growing startup, establishing the technological vision, and grow with us.
What You'll Do

Be the backbone of our engineering team by setting standards, choosing technologies, design patterns and practices, while mentoring and growing our top notch engineers.

Overseeing the entire system from an Architectural perspective and making hands-on contributions, while leading the architectural and infrastructural changes towards the vision you've built.

Building new products from scratch. You'll be the owner of the features you develop, while collaborating with the Product, Design, Business and Marketing teams, from thinking and wireframes processes to production.

You'll be involved in every part of our product roadmap and lifecycle - from defining features together with PM, choosing the right tech stack and architecture, to implementing infrastructure, features and dev processes.

You'll be a part of a successful startup technology team that translates our vision into a solid SaaS product, with thousands of monthly users (aiming for millions).
What We'd Like You To Have

Killer skills in modern frontend (React / Vue / Angular).

Passion for clean code.

Experience in architecture and design of scalable, robust and complex frontends.

Experience in building a frontend test strategy.

Team player with a passion to work in a startup environment.

Backend development experience (Django / Node / Laravel / Spring etc.) - a plus.
