Our story
Our story is the same as yours. We felt the pain of the hiring process and decided to do something. We are motivated by our mission and purpose, aiming to create a better world for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
In 2019, a group of experienced hiring managers and tech experts came together with a vision of reinventing how companies evaluate and hire talent. Frustrated with the limitations and biases of traditional hiring methods, we set out to create a platform that provided a more objective, data-driven approach to candidate evaluation.
We created a platform that offers a wide variety of recruitment solutions, such as skill assessments, cognitive tests, video interviews, pre-screening chatbots, and much more. We have an extensive library of more than 400 validated and reliable tests.
Canditech quickly expanded its global presence, revolutionizing the recruiting landscape and delivering significant benefits to HR professionals and hiring managers.
