We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional for the exciting opportunity of building and leading a sales and SDR teams, and planning and executing the growth strategy of a fast-growing startup in the booming HR tech industry. This leader should have extensive experience in building and leading teams, as well as developing and executing roadmaps in a B2B company; a big advantage for the HR-Tech field.
What You'll Do
Define and execute a go-to-market strategy. Lead with best practices and processes to optimize sales strategies.
Build, lead, and manage a high-performance sales and SDR teams. Recruit, train, and coach world-class sales managers.
Develop and implement company sales strategies and pipeline management, while achieving a high level of team performance.
